What You Bring 

  • Spanish and English Proficiency
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a customer service, scheduling, healthcare, & call center environment required.
  • Understanding of and compliance with contact center performance metrics (e.g., adherence, quality, attendance, service levels)
  • Ability to type at least 35–40 words per minute
  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience or ability to learn multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM, scheduling platforms, and client-specific tools
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback and adapt to change
